The Supreme Court is set to meet as a full court today for the release of the results of the 2017 Bar examinations.
Justice Lucas P. Bersamin is the chair of the committee on the examinations held on four Sundays last November at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
“The names of successful examinees will be flashed on screen at the SC quadrangle (on Padre Faura St., Ermita, Manila) and will also be posted to the SC website,” the SC had earlier announced.
A total of 7,227 law graduates all over the country were admitted to take the Bar examinations. It was not immediately known if all of them actually finished the examinations on eight subjects.
SC records showed that 7,270 law graduates initially applied to take the Bar examinations but 13 applicants were denied while 30 others withdrew their applications. (Rey G. Panaligan)
