Inmate hangs self in Pasay jail

An inmate suffering from tuberculosis committed suicide by hanging himself inside an infirmary cell of the Pasay City Jail, police reported yesterday. Maximo Layoso, 53 of Block 7, Lot 11, Santol Street, Barrio Sto. Niño, was already dead when he was discovered by a fellow inmate on Monday morning.
