A man was shot and killed while taking a nap on a bench in his neighborhood in Quezon City before dawn yesterday. Investigator SPO1 Cristituto Zaldarriaga identified the victim as construction worker Cesario Sodariano, 44, a resident of No. 96 Bolanos Compound, Kaliraya St., Barangay Tatalon, Quezon City.
