Dear Doc Rica,

I feel a bit embarrassed but I have a small penis. Pero gusto kong magsimulang magpractice ng safe sex with my girlfriend. I am contemplating on using a condom but am scared na baka naman mahugot o mahubad ang condom at maging dahilan pa ng mas maraming problema dahil nga may kaliitan ang aking ari. Salamat in advance sa advice.

Hello Citron Yellow!

Using condoms really is a safer route when it comes to sex.

Para din before sex, alam mo na what to go for.

If your size is not available locally, baka puwede kang magconsult sa ilang mga sex shops na nagbebenta ng toys or other gadgets na nagbebenta din ng specialty condoms at minsan they can order or import snug fit condoms na maaaring mas sakto sa iyong sukat.

Later on, maaari din kayong komunsulta sa inyong nearest health center kung ano ang pinaka mabisa at applicable na contraceptive method given the condition that you have. Pero above all, maraming ways for sexual pleasure that is safe but still enjoyable apart from just penile penetration. Always enjoy and be safe!

With love and lust,

Doc Rica
