Two women who were drinking together were stabbed dead yesterday allegedly by the live-in partner of one of the victims in Quezon City.
SPO1 Cristituto Zaldarriaga identified the victims as Analiza May Elladora, 29, of Ilocos Sur, and Susan Palermo, 41, of No. 79 North Zuzuarigue St., Barangay Old Balara, Quezon City.
Zaldarriaga said that the victims, who both sustained multiple stab wounds, were already dead when they were found by neighbors at around 6 a.m. yesterday inside the house of Elladora.
Police are now hunting down the suspect identified as Alex Mingoria, the live-in-partner of Palermo.
Palermo’s sister, Marites, told police that her sibling had been complaining to her that Mingoria accused her of infidelity and threatened to hurt her with a knife during their previous fights.
Fe Rabago, 31, one of the neighbors of the victims, recalled that between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. last Saturday, she overheard Palermo and Mingoria fighting inside the couple’s home.
“Sige patayin mo na ako! Ano patayin mo na ako! Sige patayin mo na ako!” Rabago quoted Palermo as saying.
During the fight, Rabago said Elladora arrived at Palermo’s house and invited her to drink liquor in her place. (Jeffrey G. Damicog)
