Manila, Philippines – Operatives of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) nabbed a con-artist posing as an employee of the Presidential Action Center in Malacañang who allegedly could facilitate a favor requested from any government agencies.
The suspect identified as Henry da Silva, 63, of Magdame St., Bgy. 5, Sariaya, Quezon, have string of pending warrants of arrest for Illegal Recruitment and Estafa in different courts in Quezon Province, Manila and Pangasinan. (L. D. Postrado)
