Manila, Philippines – A tricycle group official was killed while a 15-year-old boy got wounded after being shot by two motorcycle-riding suspects in Quezon City Thursday night.
Police Ramon Fernando of Sampaguita St., Maligaya Park Subdivision, Barangay Pasong Putik, Q.C. died from multiple gunshot wounds while Joshua Suan got hit in the left arm with a stray bullet. Police said that Fernando, a board member of a tricycle association in his neighborhood, could have been murdered by one of his group members over a row over dealings in their organization.(JGD)
