Manila, Philippines – Tricycle driver Lancero Taquino was shot dead by men aboard a motorcycle in front of a chapel located along Kagawad St., Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
Police said the attack could have been perpetrated by colleagues he had an argument with two weeks ago. (Rizal S. Obanil)
