TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A farmer was hacked to death by his elder brother at the peak of their argument about their inheritance in Barangay Palusaw, Sto. Niño, Cagayan.
PO2 Vicente Lazo, investigator of Sto. Niño police station, identified the victim as Jerry Macugay, 33, a resident of Baraganay Palusaw, Sto. Niño town.
