Manila, Philippines – A policeman was positively identified by two wounded victims as the person who shot them as well as the one who killed a former basketball player during a brawl at a barangay in Quezon City.
Police identified the suspect as PO2 Noel Tamayo, assigned at the Camp Crame Computer Service Unit. Tamayo was positively identified thru a photo gallery as the person who fired his firearm during a brawl at the Gloria’s Bulaluhan. (Jeffrey G. Damicog)
