Manila, Philippines – A 59-year-old man was shot dead on Tuesday evening by a still unknown gunman in front of a basketball court near his home at Libis Espina, Brgy. 16, Caloocan City.
Police said a bullet pierce through the shoulder of Ernesto Santarin and punctured his heart. He died while being treated at a hospital. The shooter remains at large. (Ed Mahilum)
