Manila, Philippines – Some P5 million worth of property from a commercial complex in Pasay City were razed by a fire on Tuesday night possibly set-off by firecrackers.
An initial probe showed that the fire started at around 8 pm right inside the South Terminal Commercial Center. Vendors said that the fire was caused by crackers lighted-up by kids.
