Manila, Philippines – A motorcycle driver died while his female companion got hurt after being sideswiped by a passenger jeepney in Quezon City Friday night.
The fatality, Nelven Boncales, 30, of No. 108 BCDA Diego Silang, Taguig City, died on the spot in the incident that took place at around 8 p.m. in front of the Wilcon Depot along E. Rodriguez Avenue. Boncales’ companion, Maribel Amparado, 30, suffered broken legs and is now being treated at the Rizal Medical Center. (Jeffrey G. Damicog)
