Manila, Philippines – All planes owned and operated by Aviation Technology Innovators, Inc. (ATII) have been grounded for an indefinite time following the fiery crash of one of its five-seater aircraft Saturday that killed dozens of people.
Aviation authorities are now conducting a probe to determine what caused the aircraft to plummet and ram into an enclave of informal settlers in Better Living Subd. in Paranaque City. “We are looking into the possibility that the deadly plane crash was caused by mechanical failure,” Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines director-general Ramon Gutierrez said.
