CAMP GENERAL PANTALEON GARCIA, IMUS, Cavite - Year 2011, particularly the second half, is a good period for the Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) in terms of peace and order, security, performance and accomplishments.
This was the gist of a message of Senior Superintendent John C. Bulalacao, PPO director, to his officers and men during their simple Christmas party held at the PPO grounds here last Monday.
“The year 2011 has so far been full of blessings for us members of Cavite PPO in our effort to maintain the peace and order and security in our province,” the 48-year-old Bulalacao said in part as he spoke before some 200 officers and men during the traditional gathering. (Anthony Giron)
