Manila, Philippines – FILIPINO fashion designer Robin Tomas, son of popular Filipino actress and former television host Tessie Tomas, recently launched his women’s fall collection in New York’s trendy Upper East Side.
“Tomas” is a new brand of chic clothing that is being sold at the Anik Boutique, popular contemporary clothing store, alongside other up-and-coming labels.
New York fashionista Natasha Johnson said, “He’s already made it, there’s so many designers that wish they could be where he is.”
Tomas first became popular by winning the best reinvention of the men’s t-shirt design of Supima, a promotional organization of the American Pima Cotton growers. His winning t-shirt design was sold exclusively at the Bloomingdale’s in New York. (abs-cbnnews.com)
